LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. (KRQE) – A southern Colorado man has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide for killing two people in a high-speed crash.
It happened back in July along Highway 160 in western La Plata County, the Durango Herald reports.
Anthony Rodriguez from Mancos, Colorado, was speeding in heavy rain when his car hydroplaned.
He crashed head-on into another car carrying a family of four, killing Robert Streett and his 16-year-old son Robby from Washington State.
Rodriguez’s sentencing is set for April.
