City of Santa Fe to hold “Safe Surrender” program

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Santa Fe is offering a break for people who have warrants out for their arrests.

The municipal court is holding its “Safe Surrender” program at the end of the month.

It is a way for anyone with a bench warrant for a citation or court order to deal with it without jail time or any extra fees.

People can just show up at the court between 8:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29 through Wednesday, Jan. 31.
