ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man who got caught in an Albuquerque Police Department bait car is now in trouble with the feds.
Randall Parker was arrested in September near the Fairgrounds after APD detectives say they watched him steal the bait car, then take it to an apartment complex.
That wasn’t his only arrest in September. He was arrested weeks later in another stolen car and found with a gun.
He is now facing federal charges of being a felon with a gun, which carries a possible 10 years in prison — much more than the theft charges.
