Early voting ends in Albuquerque’s mayoral runoff election

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Friday was the last day of early voting for Albuquerque’s mayoral runoff election.

As of today, close to 53,000 early votes have been cast and about 2,600 absentee ballots returned.

Early voting for the first election reached about 40,000.

In next week’s election, State Auditor Tim Keller is up against City Councilor Dan Lewis for mayor.
