Plans move forward to redevelop De Anza Motor Lodge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Plans to redevelop the De Anza Motor Lodge are moving forward.

The historic motel along Route 66 has been sitting vacant and deteriorating for years.

Now, the Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission has given its approval for redevelopment.

The plans will include state-of-the-art amenities, including a boutique, hotel, retail space, modern apartments and a restaurant with rooftop seating.
