ARTESIA, N.M. (KRQE)- Firefighters in Artesia battled high winds to put out a fire Saturday evening. Officials say the blaze affected three structures on West Blevins Road near Hwy 285. Firefighters were fortunately able to keep the flames away from nearby propane tanks and a fuel truck. No word on the cause of that fire.
