Santa Fe police support Special Olympics

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Officers with the Santa Fe Police Department are showing their support for Special Olympics. On Friday, the officers took part in the annual Special Olympic Law Enforcement Torch Run. They escorted the “torch” from police headquarters in Santa Fe to the Waldo Canyon Rest Area. More than 200 New Mexico law enforcement personnel helped carry the torch a total of 1,600 miles.
