In the Kitchen: Celebrate Fiesta at Más

Marc Quiñones, executive chef at Más Tapa Y Vino in the Hotel Andaluz, stops by to make one of their featured lunch menu items, the Catalan Style Chicken Lettuce Wrap.

The popular dish is now available as part of their lunch menu, which has met with great success in its first month at the restaurant.  A new dinner menu is on the way at Más, just in time for Balloon Fiesta.

The Ibiza patio, located on top of Más, is the perfect destination for family and friends next week, for a post-fiesta brunch or evening cocktails.
