Artesia boil advisory in place until Thursday

ARTESIA, N.M. (KRQE) – The boil water notice in Artesia will be in place until Thursday afternoon.

E.Coli has turned up in Tuesday’s test results.

City officials were hopeful that they would be able to lift the ban after the water tested on Monday was clear.

The water must be completely clear for two days in a row in order for the notice to be lifted.
