AFD investigates vacant home fire in southwest Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Fire crews are working to determine what started a fire at a vacant home in southwest Albuquerque.

It happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday on Aster Road near Bridge.

AFD said a neighbor called in, reporting flames and smoke coming from the home.

Firefighters were able to quickly put out the flames.

No one was hurt.
