ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused in a series of burglaries at a popular Albuquerque hub will stay in jail until his trial.

Nicholas Smith entered a not guilty plea Friday.

Smith was arrested last month in connection to a string of break-ins at Green Jeans Farmery on Carlisle and I-40.

Now he’s staying behind bars on burglary charges after bouncing in and out of jail.
