Chef David Ruiz from the Pueblo Harvest Cafe in the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, joined New Mexico Living to invite us to the Master Grilling class at the Cultural Center and to make marinated steak and vegetables.
There is still space available for the grilling class on Wednesday, July 19, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The chef prepared the steak with one of his marinades you will learn to make in the class.
