In The Kitchen: National Dairy Month With Dairy Max

Holly Herrington, Registered Dietitian at Dairy Max, joined New Mexico Living to show us how easy it is to implement more dairy in our diet.

June is National Dairy Month and Dairy Max is celebrating by helping us with our dietary needs. On of the easiest ways to eat more dairy is to add yogurt to dips, Holly brought two recipes.

Peanut butter fruit dip:

  • peanut butter
  • plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
  • sliced fruit (apples)

Veggie dip:

  • 1 pack ranch dressing powder
  • 1 container plain Greek yogurt
