In The Kitchen: Kentucky Fried Chicken

Roger Sparks from Kentucky Fried Chicken joined New Mexico Living to talk about the history of KFC and their new food items.

KFC was founded by Colonel Harland Sanders, who began selling fried chicken Kentucky during the Great Depression and now there are more than 20,000 KFCs around the world.

KFC has just launched a brand new spicy, crispy, chicken sandwich called the Zinger, which is a 100 percent chicken breast filet, double hand-breaded and fried to a golden brown in every KFC kitchen.

For more information on where you can get a Zinger, visit their website.
