SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Santa Fe Police have implemented a new social media policy for its officers.

It prohibits officers from posting or sharing posts that make fun of other’s race, religion, sexual orientation or nationality.

It comes after Santa Fe sergeant Troy Baker posted about Islam, immigration and transgender people. That led to protests to his personal Facebook page.
