Firefighters contain small brush fire near Central, Tingley

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Fire Department battled a brush fire on Wednesday afternoon.

Crews say it was there were small brush fires near Central and Tingley on the west side of the river. They were 20 feet by 20 feet and all within the 1,000 yards of each other.

Firefighters quickly contained the fire, according to AFD.
