Get Fit with Kristin Rowe

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – When working out, it’s important to know what muscles you are using and how to incorporate them into a training routine.

Fitness Expert, Kristin Rowe, talks shoulders in this week’s edition of Fit Friday.

Shoulders are a very important part of the body to keep injury free as they allow for many movements for training.

Rowe joined KRQE’s This Morning team to demonstrate how to sculpt shoulders.

Rowe suggests to begin workouts with an Overhead Press. This exercise will help to maximize growth and development. This can be done standing or sitting. With this being a heavier lift, Rowe suggests sets of three and four with six to 10 reps.

Next is the Upright Row. This can be done with dumbbells or a barbells. Rowe suggests three to four sets of 12 to 15 reps.
