Championship Saturday is a wrap for High School Football

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- State Championship Saturday wrapped up for New Mexico High School Football. Here are the scores:

Class 6A

3 Las Cruces- 17, 1 Rio Rancho-39. Rio Rancho takes home its 2nd ever state title. It also marks their 2nd state title and undefeated season in the last three years.

Class 5A

2 St. Pius X- 34, 1 Artesia-24. St. Pius X takes home just their 3rd ever state title and it is also their first since 1999.

Class 4A

1 Robertson-14, 2 Portales-43. Portales gets revenge from last year and takes home the 2016 4A state title.

Class 3A

4 Eunice-26, 2 Capitan-27. Capitan takes home the state title in a nail biter, their first title since 1982.
