Getting Fit with Kristin Rowe

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – When working out, it’s important to know what muscles you are using and how to incorporate them into a training routine.

Fitness Expert, Kristin Rowe, talks squats in this week’s edition of Fit Friday.

Squats are a staple movement when training, it works quads, hamstrings, and glutes. What’s impressive about this exercise is that it’s quite easy to incorporate core and back strength.

Rowe joined KRQE’s This Morning team to demonstrate a proper squat. Watch above.

Rowe demonstrated a Barbell Back Squat, Banded Squat and Goblet Squat. Three to four reps of 20 should suffice.
