Desert Rose Playhouse hosts Tuesdays With Morrie

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE)– It’s the final lessons between a professor and a student, and the lectures include everything from love to death.

Tuesdays with Morrie, written by Mitch Albom, brings a long lost student back to his dying professor. After 14 consecutive Tuesdays of meeting,  the student, Mitch, learns more than he could ever imagine.

Actor Bryan Durden and Desert Rose Playhouse Board President, Dagmar Garza, joined KRQE’s This Morning team to discuss the upcoming production. Watch above.

The performance will take place at the Desert Rose Playhouse located at 6921 Montgomery NE. Shows will be held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting Friday, December 2 and ending Sunday, December 25.

Show times are 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Ticket prices are $15.
