ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Federal prosecutors want to sentence accused cop killer Davon Lymon all at once for his federal charges.

Investigators say Lymon, a felon, shot and killed Albuquerque Police Department officer Daniel Webster in October 2015.

After his arrest, he faced a federal charge for distributing heroin and four federal gun charges- one for being a felon in possession the night he allegedly shot Webster.

Federal prosecutors are asking to consolidate the cases for sentencing.

If a judge agrees, each charged would bring a maximum sentence, adding up to 90 years in federal prison.
