Rio Rancho police seek help searching for missing teen

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Rio Rancho police are asking for help finding a missing teen.

Police say 17-year-old Ashlan Jacee Coe ran away sometime during the night between Friday, November 18th and Saturday, November 19th.

Coe is described as 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She recently moved to Rio Rancho from Oklahoma.

Police also say Coe’s prom dress and shoes are missing, among other items, and that the night of her disappearance, a red Dodge Charger was seen parked across from her home in Northern Meadows.

The Rio Rancho Police Department says a person fitting Coe’s description was spotted Tuesday, November 22nd getting out of a late 1990’s model white Cadillac, driven by a Hispanic male. The subject is described as a short male in his late teens to early 20’s, and was wearing blue jeans and a black shirt.
