ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– A colorful kick-off to the holiday season at Isleta Casino Saturday.

Santa and Mrs. Claus were there to spread some holiday cheer at the pueblo’s Colorful Event and will be on site every weekend through Christmas.

There was also a ribbon cutting for a custom-made, 8-foot tall gingerbread house.

Organizers say it took about 200 hours for a team to put that house together.

The annual Pueblo Holiday Market was also happening at the casino featuring more than 200 hundred local artists, food vendors, and native dancers.
