In The Kitchen: Herb Crusted Lamb From The Crown Room

Tristin Rogers, Executive Chef at the Downs Racetrack and Casino, and Brian Roybal, Director of Marketing, joined New Mexico Living to invite you to take the Holidays off this year and let the Crown Room do the cooking.
