Man arrested accused of beating girlfriend for refusing to prostitute

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– An Albuquerque man was arrested accused of beating his girlfriend because she wouldn’t become a prostitute for him.

Thomas Harrison was arrested for aggravated battery, assault and theft charges.

According to a criminal complaint Harrison claimed his girlfriend owed him money for a motel room and that she needed to become a prostitute to pay him back.
