Lobos’ bid for outright MW title dashed in 49-31 loss to Rams

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (KRQE) – The Lobos’ chances for an outright Mountain West divisional title are dashed after a tough loss to a conference foe.

Saturday night, the Colorado State Rams defeated New Mexico 49-31. UNM failed to lead at any point of the game.

The Lobos drop to 7-4 overall and 5-2 in the Mountain West.

New Mexico’s final regular season game is this upcoming Saturday night against Wyoming at University Stadium.
