Albuquerque man arrested after alleged assault with hypodermic needle

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– An alleged hypodermic needle attack led to charges for one Albuquerque man.

According to deputies, Mark Camden started yelling at a man outside of a Blake’s Lotaburger in the South Valley, calling him fat.

Things escalated and the man and his sister claim Camden went after them with a hypodermic needle claiming it was full of Hepatitis C.

He was arrested for aggravated assault and in court Saturday, a judge learned Camden was arrested for the same thing back in August.

For this case the judge gave Camden a $5,000 bond. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
