State police cancel endangered child alert, 3-year-old found safe

SILVER CITY, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police have canceled the endangered child alert that was issued for a 3-year-old Silver City boy.

According to police Mayson Taylor was last seen around 3 p.m. in Silver City with his mother, Tiffany Taylor, when her custody privileges were revoked by the court Thursday. They say she did not hand the boy back over to his father.

State Police Mayson was found Friday morning and is safe.
