THURSDAY: A cold start to our Thursday with morning temperatures in the 20s, 30s and 40s under a mostly to partly clear sky. Albuquerque dipped down to the 30s early this morning for the first time this fall season – the lastest date on record before seeing sub-40 degree temperatures. Afternoon temperatures will be slightly cooler than what was felt Wednesday – expect temperatures to top out in the 40s, 50s and 60s under a mostly to partly cloudy sky. A storm scraping to the south near the southern stateline will help trigger a few spot showers over southern NM, however, coverage and intensity will be limited. Those within central and northern NM can expect a sky of mixed sun and clouds.
FRIDAY: A similar day to Thursday with spot showers to the south and sunshine blanketing central and northern NM. Afternoon temperatures will be near to just slightly above average for this time of year – expect widespread 40s, 50s and 60s.
