In The Kitchen: Pan Roasted Game Hen with Bien Shur

Chef Martin Torrez from Bien Shur,  joined New Mexico Living in the kitchen to make a menu item that has quickly become a favorite, ran roasted game hen with roasted butternut squash and fingerling potatoes. Bien Shur is open during the holidays, is accepting reservations and they are available for holiday parties as well.
