John’s Monday Afternoon Forecast

Cool and quiet weather...

forecast

After an active weekend across parts of the state this weekend, New Mexico will get a break with sunny skies and cool temperatures to start the workweek. A back door cold front moves through this evening into early tomorrow. This will result in breezy conditions for the metro, and slightly cooler temperatures for the east. The biggest thing this front will do is reinforce the cool air already in place.

A storm system will develop south of the state for the middle and latter part of the week. This will mainly throw more clouds across the south with only a slim shot at a shower or two. The cooler temperatures will stick around through at least the weekend.
