Tips for making the best of harvest season

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Harvest season is here and sometimes it’s hard to get ready for it.

Whether its choosing healthier after school snacks or making the best of the season, there are tips for making autumn better for everyone.

Blogger, Shannon Qualls and Jamie Lewinger  joined KRQE This Morning Team to give helpful tips.

Some of the alternative snacks Qualls showcased are Viki’s Granola, Welch Fruit Snacks and Explore Cuisine’s Instant Soybean Noodle.

Another healthy drink option that has zero-calories and sugar-free is Sparkling Ice. Some of these products are available at any grocery store.
