A broad storm system over Arizona will push toward New Mexico on Friday. A combination of deep moisture and lift from the storm will produce widespread rain in central and western sections Friday afternoon. The steady rain should last into the day Saturday in the metro area before slowly drying out. Temperatures will top out in the low 60s through the weekend.
