ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – What’s better than a great cup of coffee in the morning? A local cup of coffee.

The New Mexico Coffee Association is encouraging local residents to try all the great local coffee shops in the Albuquerque area. There are many great options when it comes to specialty coffee and related drinks.

NM Pinon Coffee‘s Sales Manager, Madison Rumbaugh, along with Marketing Manager, Kelsey Bishop, and Red Rock Roasters Coffee Director, Rachel Langer, joined KRQE This Morning team to talk about local coffee. Watch above.

Rumbaugh and Bishop shared different drinks on coffee house menus.

Langer demonstrated the process of roasting green coffee beans and talked about sustainable coffee. Red Rock Roasters is a family-owned business that began production in 1993.
