High clouds will stream into the state once again on Tuesday leading to partly to mostly cloudy skies with warm temperatures. Highs will top out in the mid 70s. A storm system will drop down into the southwest by Wednesday. The storm should churn over Arizona into the weekend. That storm positioning should lead to widespread rain over much of the state.
