Albuquerque kids hit the streets for Halloween

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A lot of trick-or-treaters were in a candy coma after hitting the streets on Halloween night.

The country club area was a popular spot to score some candy. Kids around Albuquerque were dressed in everything from a Ninja Turtle to ghosts and even a scarecrow; all were out enjoying the night.

There were plenty of ghosts and goblins to welcome those trick-or-treaters and pack their bags with candy. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
