ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A house in the Heights is well-known for its spooky decorations and it brings in a lot of visitors this time of year.
The house sits on Eubank and Juan Tabo. It has a very haunting reputation.
Come October, the Albuquerque home transforms into a festive Halloween house.
Homeowners Lesley and Kevin Worrell start prepping the ghoulish details as early as June.
Over the years, they have collected a lot of decorations. Kevin even had to make special accommodations for them.
“I built a shed just to house ‘em all,” explained Kevin.
Most years, the home’s garage is even turned into a haunted house.
They usually do the haunted house each year, using it as a food drive to donate to the Road Runner Food Bank. They say next year it will be bigger and better.
