ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– The woman accused of playing a key role in the drive by murder of an 18-year-old is in even more trouble.
Marissa Sepulveda is charged with murder after police say she told a group of others to rob someone who had a pound of pot.
That led to a drive by shooting where 18-year-old Aliyah Garcia was killed and a number of others were hurt.
Now, Sepulveda is in even more trouble after police say she was caught with meth behind bars.
She’s now charged with drug possession as well.
