We start out week nine of NM Football Friday Night with a look in class 6A. The Bulldogs gave West Mesa their first district loss of the season. Mayfield is better than Gaddsden. Onate remains unbeaten in district play. Also, Jordan Byrd burned up the field against Eldorado to remain unbeaten in District play. Cleveland defeated Piedra Vista and Volcano Vista wins the rivalry game with Cibola. The Eldorado Cheerleaders are also this week’s Cheerleaders of the Week.

NM Football Friday Night Week 9 Part 2 Skylights return with trips to Moriarty and Estancia. Artesia protects the turf in titletown while Goddard handles Lovington in Roswell.

In this block of NM Football Friday Night we catch up with the red hot Sartans of St. Pius X. They did their thing against Los Lunas on Friday night. Then we take a look at what was on Thursday night, Jared Chester has the rewind with all the scores from the metro area. Then we finish with a look in the V, as Grants came back to win in Valencia.

The Bernalillo Spartans celebrate their first victory since October of 2014.
