NMX Sports set for Running Dead

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Get ready for a 3-mile run full of man-made obstacles and zombies.

New Mexico Xtreme (NMX) Sports Association is a non-profit organization that brings the youth to participate in life long sports and the creative arts. They will be presenting the third annual NMX Running Dead.

NMX Director of Sports, Eddy Vargas, joined KRQE This Morning to talk about the upcoming event. Watch above.

The NMX Running Dead is a family-friendly event where participants wear flag football-type belts and avoid zombies through an all-terrain course. The run is happening at Santa Ana Pueblo with the first wave starting at 3 p.m.
