Two local authors share new children’s book

ALBUQUERUQE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s a children’s book all about pancakes and the environment.

“My Pancakes Taste Different Today” tells the story of a young boy who discovers that his actions, big or small, make a big impact.

Local authors, Bruce and Heather Wood Galpert, along with Santa Fe Chef Johnny Vee joined KRQE This Morning to talk about their childrens’ book. Watch above.

The 40-page book is geared towards ages 3 to 9 and includes a tasty, kid-friendly pancake recipe from Chef Vee with illustrations from a local artist.

English and Spanish e-books are also available to purchase.
