WEDNESDAY: A slightly cooler start to the day with more 30s and 40s on the map rather than yesterday morning’s 50s and 60s. Expect this cooling trend to continue this afternoon – all thanks to an incoming cold front. Afternoon temperatures will fall 5°-10° in many areas leaving highs in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Albuquerque will lose 5° off of Tuesday’s highs – expect temperatures to top off in the low 70s. Sunshine will blanket the state with no significant shot at rain. Breezy to windy conditions will accompany the front on it’s trek across the state.
THURSDAY: Even cooler! Expect high temperatures to drop another few degrees – leaving the Duke City stuck in the upper 60s. Breezy conditions will likely linger into Thursday but no need to worry about the rain gear – sunshine will once again dominate statewide.
FRIDAY: We’ll finish the work week with a nice temperature rebound – afternoon highs topping out at or just above average for this time of year. A mostly sunny sky will stretch from stateline to stateline.
