Around Town: Weekend Family Fun

Taste of Rio Rancho

With so many activities going on around town, Howie Kaibel from Yelp recommends starting the weekend early.

Thursday, you can join Yelp at the Moonlight Market, were you can shop and support local artist and create some art of your own. There will be a sugar skull decorating activity starting at 7, it’s open to the entire family.

Other events happening this weekend include the Taste of Rio Rancho, on Saturday, where you can enjoy samples from some of the best restaurants in Rio Rancho. And Sunday you have a chance to equestrian culture in town at the Albuquerque Equestrian Cup.

Howie also mentioned two events both Chad and Carmelina are attending this weekend, Night of The Living Dead and the Hike for Hunger.
