ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Breakfast has always been known as the most important meal of the day and one local catering company wants to share how easy it is to eat healthy in the mornings.

Precision Catering, a healthy catering service that works with any budget, also believes that breakfast is the most important, but there are ways to make it healthy all while helping the community.

Bustos is getting ready for the winter months with a fun breakfast dish, a Winter Vegetable Hash topped with farm fresh eggs and a spicy raspberry syrup on toasted Brioche Rounds.

Precision Catering has been open for 17 years and along with creating unique and healthy dishes, they also give back to the community.

While working closely with non-profits, feeding those who are less fortunate, Bustos is also heavily involved with supplying first responders with food and water during a crisis. His most recent donation was to those helping with the Dog Head Fire.
