Freedom In Music Project Heads To Pueblo Harvest

It is said that music feeds the soul.  It can also save a soul in trouble.

That’s the idea behind The Freedom in Music Project.

As president Phil Oliveira says, giving at-risk youth the gift of music might steer them from a life of drugs.  The organization gives these youths acoustic guitars paid for through the generous donations from community members.  This weekend, you have a chance to support the organization at the Pueblo Harvest Café.

Ten dollars gets you in the door, where you can enjoy live music, pizza, and enter for your chance to win a hand-made guitar.
