Hillary Clinton sends Bernie Sanders to rally in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A familiar face from primary season is set to make a campaign stop in New Mexico Tuesday.

Hillary Clinton’s former rival Bernie Sanders is set to hold a rally in support of Clinton at the University of New Mexico starting at 11 a.m.

Bernie Sanders lost New Mexico’s primary in a close race, by about three points.

Presidential polling in New Mexico has Clinton leading the race to win the state’s five electoral votes.
