ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – With the holidays right around the corner and traveling highly likely, one local fitness expert has tips on how to stay fit while visiting friends and family.
Fitness Expert, Kristin Rowe, demonstrates how to properly use exercise bands in this week’s edition of Fit Friday.
Packing an exercise band does not take up much room in a suitcase and they can work most muscles without having to go to the gym.
Rowe joined KRQE’s This Morning team to demonstrate a ways to use the exercise band. Watch above.
Exercises that can be done with the band are overhead shoulder presses, side lateral raises, mid-back rows, chest presses, tricep kickbacks and bicep curls.
Rowe suggest three to four sets of each exercise with 15 to 20 reps.
