A powerful cold front will mainly affect eastern New Mexico through Thursday. The front is dropping temperatures between 15° and 25° across the east. Here in the metro area will get gusty winds through Thursday morning with temperatures dropping slightly but nothing significant. A dry westerly flow takes over for the weekend and temperatures rise well above average. There’s absolutely no storm action on the horizon.
