Albuquerque Police looking for armed and dangerous thieves captured on video

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police are looking for two thieves they call armed and dangerous and now they have the video they hope will crack the case.

Video of the two was taken outside a home in the 10000 block of Indian School Rd NE. In the video the two suspects walk up to a car parked on the road. One of the suspects appears to be holding a gun. The suspect holds the gun as he opens the driver’s side door and starts looking inside. The other suspect serves as a look out. Then something startles them and they run off. Police believe a third suspect was waiting in a getaway car.

Police suspect this group is responsible for a rash of break-ins in the Foothills and they’re especially concerned because they carry a gun. Officers say when they took a close look at the video it appeared the suspect actually chambered a round before taking off.
