ABQ BioPark hosts the ninth annual Cider Festival


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – As Balloon Fiesta comes to an end, there’s still lots of festivals happening in the Duke City.

The Botanic Garden’s Heritage Farm, inside Albuquerque’s BioPark, will host the ninth annual Cider Festival.

ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden Manager, Catherine Hubbard, joined KRQE’s This Morning team to talk about the upcoming event. Watch above.

Some of the fun activities include wagon rides, cooking demonstrations, music and so much more. Cider will be for sale during the event.

The Cider Festival will begin Saturday, October 8th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m, and will be followed by the Harvest Dinner. Tickets for the dinner are still available.
